What needs to be done before my arrival?

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a link to complete your online check-in. No need to wait upon arrival – everything is done in one minute, directly from your phone.

When will I receive the information for my arrival?

Once the check-in is completed, you will have access to your Guest App – a personalized space just for you

Can I extend my stay?

For any changes to your reservation, including extending your stay, please contact us directly through the booking platform you used or via your Guest App.

Access and operation.

How do I access the apartment?

The day before your arrival, you will receive a detailed email with all the instructions to access the building and the apartment.

Our accommodations are equipped with either a code lock or a key lock.

Is cleaning done during the stay?

A professional cleaning is always done before your arrival and after your departure. Additional cleaning can be arranged at any time upon request, for an extra fee.

What are the cancellation policies?

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival. After this period, unfortunately, the reservation amount is non-refundable.

What services are included in the apartment?

Each Babylon apartment is designed with your comfort in mind:

  • Quality bedding, bath linens, and carefully selected welcome products

  • Fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, utensils, dishwasher, etc.)

  • Private Wi-Fi

  • Smart TV

  • Quality essentials: tea, coffee, condiments, etc.

Who should I contact if I need assistance during my stay?

Our team is available 7 days a week to answer your questions or respond quickly in case of any issues. Your comfort is our priority.

No surprises: the price shown at the time of booking is the final amount. Everything is included, with no hidden fees.

Are pets allowed?

To ensure the comfort of all our guests, especially those with allergies, pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Is smoking allowed in the apartment?

Our apartments, as well as the common areas, are strictly non-smoking

Is it possible to host an event in the apartment?

Our accommodations are not suitable for events or parties. They are designed for a quiet and comfortable stay, respecting the neighbors.
